Regional Cricket

The regional programme encompasses four regions across the U10-15 age groups; these are Cricket Wales North (CWN), Cricket Wales South (CWS), Cricket Wales East (CWE) and Cricket Wales West (CWW).

The main aim of regional cricket is to provide a challenging, enjoyable yet supportive environment for the most talented boys and girls across Wales. It is, and should be seen as an immediate 'step up' from club cricket and the tier of the pathway directly below County Age Group (CAG) cricket. 

 

ENTERING THE REGIONAL PROGRAMME

 U10 & U12 Entry: Players looking to obtain a place at U10-12 age groups for the following winter need to be nominated by their clubs, coaches or schools via our nomination form: https://forms.gle/Xq8r6xW6x8vvU3Ux5

U13 & U15 Entry: We have recently revamped the way in which current U12-U14 players enter the pathway for the following winter – they apply themselves! Please watch the two supporting videos below (as well as the supporting information document) to understand how the process works and what we require!
