Cricket in Wales is thriving.
Our female and junior participation rates are soaring and, despite the pandemic, we have grown overall clubs and section numbers across Wales.
Owing to this continued growth, we now have a range of roles currently on offer, and are seeking applications for ambitious people to join our successful team, who will continue to sustain and develop our game in Wales.
We are increasing our capacity to reach out into even more schools across Wales. At the same time we will be working even more closely with selected clubs over the coming years, to drive and sustain junior cricket growth across All Stars, Dynamos and Girls' cricket, to boost junior sections. This role closes on 23rd September 2022
We are also looking for an additional development officer to join our South West Wales Area team, who will be responsible for growing our community offer of cricket in diverse communities. This crucial role will set up, resource and manage local projects using others to deliver CW’s diversity action plan. Click the job title above for details (ac yn Gymraeg yma)

With increased interest in our sport, the demand on facilities (both outdoor in summer and indoor in winter) is increasing exponentially.
We are fortunate to be extremely well supported by the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in respect of facility investment for affiliated clubs, and we will also continue to seek to work with Local Authorities to support cricket in parks and schools (including an ambitious Non-Turf Pitch investment strategy).
We are seeking to appoint a new role – a Cricket Facilities & Investment Manager - to support the implementation of our strategic Facilities plan, and ensure we have sufficient, appropriate Places to Play, in order to sustain the growth and increasing interest in cricket.
