Sully Centurions CC - Our Deepest Sympathies

Cricket Wales were deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Sully Centurions player Maqsood (‘Max’) Anwar yesterday, Saturday 17th July.

Our thoughts and most heart-felt condolences are with Maqsood's family, friends and team-mates, especially the first responders and players who witnessed the tragedy.

We will continue to offer support to those affected, through the leadership of the club, with whom we are liaising. 

We would also like to reiterate the club's own request for privacy, to allow those closest to 'Max' the time and space to come to terms with their loss.
