Notice is given of the Annual General Meeting of Cricket Wales , 2021, to be held on Monday 25th October at 7pm.
The meeting will be conducted remotely via the Zoom platform.
Voting members have had a formal notice, agenda, individual voting forms and proxies, and all associated papers sent directly to them, with instructions of how to register for the meeting. Would members please ensure votes to ratify appointments are received by the deadline (Friday 22nd October), in order to be counted and independently verified.
If affiliated clubs wish to send a representative on behalf of the club, a committee member should contact [email protected] to receive a private invitation to register. This is to safeguard attendees' security and privacy.
In order to help us manage the videoconference technology on the day, and with relatively large numbers expected, we would ask for questions ideally to be submitted to us in advance of the meeting. This will not prevent attendees from asking questions, if they so wish on the evening, using either the Zoom chat box or by the ‘raise hand’ function. This will be explained at the start of the meeting.
We would also politely request that should any members wish for names of those from the Welsh Cricket Family who have sadly passed away this year to be acknowledged in memoriam at the meeting, those notices are also submitted to us in advance of the meeting; Please send In Memoriam notices to [email protected]
