Want to work in pathway cricket, enabling women and girls to reach their potential?
Cricket Wales, in partnership with Glamorgan County Cricket Club are looking to recruit a Head of Women & Girls Cricket to lead on all aspects of the pathway from regional cricket, through to County Age Groups and the Senior Wales team. The successful candidate will manage and co-ordinate all three programmes, play an active coaching role across both organisations and look to ensure a consistent stream of players through to Western Storm.

REMUNERATION AND ROLE LOCATION
Location: Flexible (from home, but also frequently across Wales and at times, Cardiff)
Contract: 3 years fixed, with potential to extend subject to funding.
Salary: £30,000 to £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience (37 hours per week)
