NOTICE
is hereby given of an extraordinary general meeting of the Members of Cricket Wales
To be held on Thursday 13th May, 2021 at 7.00pm
To be conducted via the ‘Zoom’ teleconference platform (owing to prevailing public health restrictions)
Cricket Wales gives notice of the above EGM, convened by Cricket Wales, to transact special business related to proposed updates of the Articles of Association of The Company, as recommended by the Board of Directors.
Full members will receive voting forms, and registration details to join the meeting, direct via e-mail.
Associate members whose committee wishes to nominate a representative to attend the meeting on their behalf are asked to contact [email protected], with details of their nominated attendee, in order that they be sent an invitation to register.
