Cricket Wales CEO, Leshia Hawkins, commented, "Despite the obvious challenges of the last 12-18 months, cricket in Wales is absolutely thriving, and I can't think of a more exciting time to join our Board; We have an ambitious growth strategy, fabulous support from our partners at Glamorgan Cricket, and are set and ready to build on the fantastic work both my Executive team and our volunteers have undertaken in the last few years.

"We are also further advancing our equality, diversity and inclusion standards, modernising our operations and enhancing our digital capabilities, but, most of all, we are creating ever more opportunities for people in Wales to say 'Cricket is a game for me'."

"If you have a passion for cricket and its power to unite, and want to make a difference by offering your business skills to a sport on the move in Wales, I would urge you to apply."
