What happens when a renowned broadcaster and nine leading cricket club personnel get together at Sophia Gardens?
Well, a series of amazing series of podcasts is the answer. This trilogy of conversations looks at the general welcome and state of the club game in Wales, the experience for ethnically diverse communities and for women and girls.

Over the coming weeks, we will be releasing each podcast on our website and socials. You can also subscribe at https://podfollow.com/cricketwales
The first podcast will be broadcast on Wednesday 5th April and will feature Mike Hayden from Swansea CC, Carys Stallard Vale CC and Laura Nicholls Hawarden Park & Llanwrst CC. The video/podcast will look at how Welsh Cricket is at the moment and how welcoming in general cricket is to the whole community.

The second film/podcast will focus on the experience for women and girls: listen to Llinos Hill Conwy CC, Shana Thomas Ynystawe CC and Jenny Pitchford Aberaeron CC. This will be available from 19th April 2023.
The third session looks at how inclusive our clubs in Wales are regarding ethnically diverse communities. We hear from Adnan Haddadi Secrerty SE Wales Cricket League. Ayesha Rauf Llandaff CC and Paul Crane Ynystawe CC. This episode will drop on 3rd May 2023.
