U11 - The John Williams Trophy 

A phenomenal contributor and servant of Pembrokeshire cricket, John was a hugely respected player, administrator and umpire before he was tragically died (aged 80) after being struck by a ball in 2019 whilst officiating.

U11 Development - The John Prickett Trophy

Generations of young players, particularly in West Wales have John to thank for his work within junior cricket which spans over 30 years. A former manager for the Welsh Schools and national U15 teams, John contribution lives on today.

U12 - The Tom Cartwright Trophy 

Tom’s influence and impact on Welsh Cricket was immense. Despite a brief spell at Glamorgan, Tom was an integral member of the former Welsh Cricket Association. He was the first from cricket to be inducted into the National Coaching Federation’s hall of fame.

U12 Development - The Harry Lazarus Trophy 

Not many had more passion for the junior game than Harry. One of the founding members of West Glamorgan Schools & Coaches Associations, Harry worked tirelessly for over 25 years to ensure youngsters in the area had the platform to develop their cricket.

U13 - The Robert Croft Trophy

A legend of Welsh cricket, Crofty amassed 94 international wickets for England, in addition to 1673 wickets in 903 appearances for Glamorgan. A fierce competitor and proud Welshman, he remains a role model for many youngsters up and down the country.

U13 Development - The Tony Moss Trophy 

Tony’s involvement in North East Wales junior cricket spans over 40 years. He has been a key figure in the game growing in the North, and his work in girls cricket has been particularly valuable. A former coach and chairman, Tony remains highly respected and influential across the network, and sits on the Cricket Wales board.

U14 - The Alan Jones Trophy 

A crown jewel in Welsh cricket’s history, Alan remains Glamorgan’s highest ever run scorer amassing over 36,000 runs over a 26 year career. A fine coach as well, Alan was recently awarded his international cap at the age of 81 by the ECB during his only test appearance in 1970 against the Rest of the World.

U14 Development - The Robin Varley Trophy

A former secretary of the Welsh Cricket Association, and coach of the former Welsh Schools there aren’t many that wouldn’t have come across, or had success through Robin’s ongoing work. A stalwart of Mid Wales and Aberystwyth CC, Robin’s contribution to Welsh cricket has, and continues to be enormous.

U15 - The Tom Maynard Trophy 

Simply put, one of the most talented and popular players of his generation Tom remains close to everyone associated with Welsh cricket since his tragic passing in 2012. Tom was destined for a long and prosperous career in the game, after making his first class debut for Glamorgan aged 18 before moving to Surrey in 2011, scoring an emotional maiden century against Glamorgan.

U15 Development - The Nick Evans Trophy 

Very few can say they have contributed more to Pembrokeshire cricket than Nick over the last century. Over 60 years of dedicated involvement to the area, as a player, administrator, official and coach. Nick is a true unsung hero and cricket in West Wales owes him an immeasurable debt.
