Victoria joined Cricket Wales as the first Facilities Investment Manager in January 2023.

She has primarily worked in sports development where most of her earlier career focused on the growth and development of gymnastics organisations. Whilst at Welsh Gymnastics, she was responsible for Business and Facility development, transforming the gymnastics landscape within Wales.

Victoria has a keen interest in making sport accessible for all. Notably, she has attended the World Summer Special Olympic Games & European Games as as coach for Team GB, supporting athletes with learning disabilities.

Victoria played junior cricket within Pembrokeshire and later joined Burton Ladies in the Pembrokeshire Womens League. She later qualified as a cricket coach and supported the junior development within the club.
