She has been coaching a variety of sports for Sport Pembrokeshire and Pembrokeshire Leisure since she left Pembrokeshire college in 2009.
Sarah has coached all stars cricket in schools and has been involved with cricket festivals in Pembrokeshire.
She loves taking part in a variety of sports from wakeboarding to Olympic weightlifting!
