Rebecca Thomas

At her local club, Radyr CC, Becky has been Women’s and Girls’ Coordinator for eight years, helping form the club’s first-ever women’s hardball team in 2020. Passionate about inspiring young girls, she has driven the growth of women’s softball festivals and helped launch competitive leagues across South Wales.

Becky’s work has empowered more women to volunteer, coach, and take leadership roles in clubs. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hill walking, and family adventures with her dog.
