Les has led the Performance side of Disability Cricket for many years, having previously overseen the enitre disability setup across Wales including grassroots development. Les has held coaching positions with the ECB's disability setup in the past, but continues to play a pivotal role in helping talented players reach and achieve their potential. In 2023 Les led the team to their first trophy since 2007 after they beat Essex to return to the top disivion of the ECB D40 League.
