Chloe joined Cricket Wales as Safeguarding Officer in July 2025, having worked as a Safeguarding Officer for Victim Support since 2017, where she managed a variety of complex safeguarding issues facing both adults and children following crime and traumatic incidents. She has a background in education, having studied English and Education and has taught English as a second language to adults, as well as having experience in additional needs education. She is also a fluent Welsh speaker.

Chloe believes that sport at any level should be safe for all, and is keen to proactively work towards this, ensuring adults and children have a safe space and the correct support around them. 

Outside of work, Chloe sings with a number of local musical groups, as well as enjoying reading, film and travel.
