Brad joined the Cricket Wales community team in October 2022 having been involved in Welsh cricket in a number of different roles. An experienced Level 3 coach, Brad currently leads the Wales National Counties across all formats as player/coach, taking over from long term incumbent Darren Thomas. Brad is also heavily involved in County Age Group coaching having had experience in the Wales U18 setup and within the Glamorgan Academy. 

A formidable player in his own right, Brad has enjoyed success at club level across England & Wales and through his work with Swansea Cricket Club, and previously through Bridgend.
