A stalwart of Welsh Cricket, Aimee has been largely responsible for the incredibly strong reputation that girls cricket in Wales enjoys. A former player for the Senior Women, Aimee leads on many aspects within the women's game and currently is Head Coach for the U17s, Development XI and Senior Women's side. Aimee is a Level IV coach and a member of the ECB Talent Scouting network and part of the coaching team within the Western Storm Regional Development Centre.
