World Cup 2019 - more female cricketeers required

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 is recruiting a record number of volunteers in England and Wales to help make one of the world’s biggest sporting events a success next summer.

4,000 ‘World Cup Cricketeers’ are being recruited across a variety of roles, including Spectator Services, Hospitality, Broadcast Operations and a UK Trophy Tour.

The London 2012 Olympics had an incredible impact on the UK volunteering landscape and the World Cup Cricketeers programme is looking to tap into this engaged community, in addition to existing cricket volunteers and newcomers across a diverse workforce of age, gender and locations.

Candidates must be available for training sessions and a minimum of three shifts across the tournament (30th May to 15th July, 2019).

Apply to be a World Cup Cricketeer here.

Applications are only open until 5th June 2018, so don’t miss out!
