Vacancy - Regional Performance Manager (Sophia Gardens)

The Cricket Wales Regional Performance Managers (RPM)s are responsible for player development in each of their respective centres, and as such are integral personnel as part of the new Welsh Cricket pathway. The RPM’s role is pivotal to facilitating a positive cricketing experience, establishing Welsh youngsters with a strong foundation from which they can flourish, and promoting transparency from regional cricket to national representation.
