Permitted Outdoor Cricket Activity - Guidance, March 2021

|

Further to recent easing of certain outdoor exercise restrictions and the permissible opening of sports facilities, announced by the First Minister of Wales on Friday 12th March, the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and Cricket Wales are pleased to publish guidance for clubs and participants, to support the safe phased return to permitted, local outdoor cricket activity in Wales.

The full guidance can be found here

Clubs and participants are asked to read and digest the guidance before undertaking permitted activity.

Please contact your local Area teams if you have any questions.

Further updates will be made and communicated in the coming weeks, when the situation with regards to permitted outdoor organised activity - first for children, then for adults - is confirmed by Welsh Government, and they issue their associated regulations and guidance.

A Risk Assessment template to accompany the guidance is here
