Mark Wallace cuts the tape at the official Opening

In front of a large gathering of the town's 'Great and the Good,' Club Chairman, Aled Jones, thanked the ECB for grant aiding the project, Jeremy Cartwright, cricket development officer for his assistance in preparing the way for the application, club secretary, Gareth Lanagan, for the administrative input and all others who had worked towards the completion of the project. Thanks also go to the Llandysul Park Trustees for leasing to the club the land on which the nets are built.

The evening was completed with a well attended net session and a buffet in the pavilion.
