Help Your Club use the Welsh Langauge in Your Activities

The Welsh Sports Association (WSA) has a free offer for our member clubs to help with the use of the Welsh language in your activites and communicaitons.
In developing your club’s capacity to improve the use of the Welsh language in cricket, there are two free offers from the WSA that promote the development and use of the Welsh language. Whilst we hope to have further support specific to cricket in the New Year, the below may be of interest to your members:-
NB you will have to connect with these offers by November 30th!
1. A 10-hour online course for beginners to build their skills in the Welsh language. A free service, the Welsh Language Sport and Leisure Course is split into two parts and ten units, each around an hour. This introductory course will teach learners specific Welsh language terminology for the sport and leisure sector. You can find further detail on this course here.
2. The Raising Confidence Residential Course with Dysgu Cymraeg, scheduled to take place between 13 and 17 March of next year! The main aim of this free-of-charge, sport-specific, intermediate-level course is to give everyone who wishes to improve their Welsh language skills the opportunity to gain confidence in using them. Attendees will spend 5 days and 4 nights in the beautiful setting of Nant Gwrtheyrn in Pwllheli, with colleagues from the sport and leisure sector, with the objective of building confidence in the Welsh language, meeting new people and having fun!
