ECB Coach Awards 2018 "Coach of the Year"
Presented the award by Chris Silverwood
Mark was recognised for all his great work as Head of MCC at Cardiff Met. The development of all the players involved both male and female. He is very proactive with his development of coaching drills especially fielding. Many of these are now available on ECB icoachcricket and through his own twitter account.

ECB Coach Awards 2018 "Outstanding Contribution"

Mike was recognised for his work within Welsh cricket. This has included Wales u12 which he has been involved with since 1980s Cricket Wales coach education team since 2000 and his beloved Newport Cricket Club.
Over the last 30 years he has helped make Newport become not just one of the best junior and senior set ups in Wales but in the UK, developing successful players and teams in both the male and female sections.
