Cricket Wales Systems Development Officer
Salary – up to £25000
Main Purpose of the Role:-
To develop and encourage the application of innovative systems for and within the Cricket network.
To make cricket administration simpler and easier for volunteers and professionals in Wales
Specific Roles
To manage the application of the Chance to Shine ‘Views’ system in Wales
To administer and develop the Joint Membership system
To develop and generate player insight and analysis
To manage and process the annual club audit including reporting & analysis
To manage and develop the Cricket Wales’ database
To ensure that there are good communications with professional and voluntary administrators in Wales
To liaise with colleagues within ECB and Glamorgan Cricket to roll out appropriate systems
To manage the Cricket Wales website and link with social media
Person Specification
Skilled and experienced across a range of IT systems and platforms
An interest in the application of systems development within sport
An ability to use data and insight to realise change and be of influence
Location
The postholder will be based within the Cricket Wales Office, The SSE SWALEC, Cardiff
