Cricket Wales Girls have a successful tour to Sri Lanka

The Cricket Wales girls development tour to Sri Lanka in February was hugely successful and beneficial for the players.
Aimee Rees Head Coach said "The cricket was challenging in testing conditions and the players have made significant steps along their development pathway. We will see the rewards this season. Sri Lanka is a fantastic place, the tour gave the girls an incredible life experience, allowed them to see a different culture first hand and really appreciate how lucky they are."
She also added that she would like to thank you for showing your support as a board for this tour it makes a huge difference to the players as cricketers and people.
The previous tours to the UAE and this one has been hugely beneficial to the players in terms of their cricket and also social development.
