Owing to our current CEO having been appointed to the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) as Managing Director, Recreational Game, Cricket Wales are recruiting for a new Chief Executive Officer.

Our next Chief Executive will be a visible leader capable of managing and further motivating a small and geographically dispersed team to continue to deliver outstanding performance in growing participation in cricket. You will understand the power of sport to positively change lives and will be capable of actively promoting the work we do so as to enhance the profile of Cricket Wales.
You will be effective at engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders both at the highest levels of Government and our funding partners, and with all our participants and volunteers from across our sport. Central to success in the role will be an ability to be creative in revenue generation and delivering future income growth. But, above all, you will provide leadership and commitment, to promote and deliver the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion in everything we do and as a cornerstone of our organisation.
