Every, child, young person and adult have the right to feel safe and included in all that they do, and this means ensuring we have the right people working within our organisation by following a robust safe recruitment process. Cricket Wales strive to make cricket in Wales a safe and enjoyable place for ‘everyone’ to experience at all levels of the game.

recriwtio mwy diogel
I gael manylion am ein hymrwymiad i Recriwtio Mwy Diogel gweler yma
diogelu
Mae Criced Cymru yn credu bod Diogelu yn elfen hanfodol sy’n ganolog i bopeth a wnawn. Mae gan bob plentyn, person ifanc ac oedolyn yr hawl i deimlo’n ddiogel ac yn rhan lawn o bopeth a wnânt, ac mae hyn yn golygu sicrhau ein bod â’r bobl iawn yn gweithio o fewn ein sefydliad, drwy ddilyn proses recriwtio gadarn a diogel. Mae Criced Cymru yn gwneud pob ymdrech i wneud criced yng Nghymru yn lle diogel a phleserus i ‘bawb’ ei brofi ar bob lefel o’r gêm.
Mae Criced Cymru wedi ymrwymo i ddarparu cyfleoedd cyfartal. Er y byddwn bob amser yn penodi ar sail teilyngdod, byddem yn annog ceisiadau yn arbennig oddi wrth grwpiau a chymunedau sydd heb gynrychiolaeth ddigonol ym myd criced – yn enwedig merched neu bobl o gefndiroedd ethnig amrywiol, neu rai sydd ag anabledd.
Rhaid ichi fod yn byw ac yn meddu ar yr hawl i weithio yn y DU i wneud cais am y swydd hon.
