We offer female-focused development opportunities that strengthen the volunteer workforce and support the long-term, self-sustaining growth of the Women & Girls game.
Volunteer & Workforce
As the women and girls’ game continues to grow, strengthening the volunteer workforce is essential — and a range of pathways exist to help more women step into key roles. Volunteers are the driving force behind the development of Women & Girls’ cricket, and we have a range of opportunities to train and upskill the volunteer workforce in the women & girls’ game. Encouraging more women into coaching, officiating and management roles within clubs is hugely important, to ensure female voice are heard and to provide role models for younger girls coming through.
