If you participate in recreational cricket in Wales and see, hear, or experience something you think could be discriminatory, please speak up. You could address the matter immediately or flag it with someone at your club if you feel comfortable doing so. If you don’t, report it to Cricket Wales or the Cricket Regulator. Details on how to do so can be found below.
Reporting any incident or allegation is never an easy decision but rest assured that it will be taken seriously. Remember we all have a responsibility to speak up, not just those who experience discriminatory conduct directly.
We will investigate and address any concerns raised, including through mediation or informal resolution where appropriate. The graphic below shows the process we’ll follow where a more formal investigation is required.
