Mark oversees all areas of cricket development, guiding a team of Lead Officers and their regional teams to deliver a connected approach that supports clubs, communities, and emerging audiences. With a strong focus on building a unified and positive team culture, he champions a values-led environment where communication, cooperation, and shared responsibility sit at the heart of success.

Away from the pitch, Mark enjoys a touch of light pop and can often be heard singing along to Simply Red classics in his office,  usually during The Love Hour or while tuned in to Magic FM.
