Joe volunteered as a coach at Llandudno Cricket Club for 35 years before taking up his role with Cricket Wales in early 2022. He is passionate about his work, particularly in introducing young people to the game, which he considers the most important part of Cricket Wales’ mission.
A lifelong cricket enthusiast, Joe’s hobby remains deeply connected to the sport. His daughter is a member of the Glamorgan squad and plays her club cricket at Colwyn Bay and Chester Boughton Hall. Joe takes great pride in following her progress, travelling around the country to watch her train and play.
