Jo Holley

Jo has been passionate about cricket since playing in the first ever female school cricket team and is a founding member of Llanarth Acorns softball team that has continued to go from strength to strength. Jo is also qualified Scorer Tutor trainer and is regularly seen training and upskilling scorers in Wales.

Outside of cricket, Jo has a degree in Avionics and has spent most of her professional career as a project/programme manager working in defence companies. Jo is also the Wing Warrant Officer in No 1 Welsh Wing in the Royal Air Force Air Cadets.
Having spent most of her summers embedded in cricket from a grass roots perspective right through to International and Commonwealth Games levels, Jo is excited to be part of Cricket Wales as it develops and creates opportunities in the recreational game in Wales through the implementation of the new Strategy.
