After starting his career as a PE Specialist with Super Stars, he spent three fantastic years with Cricket Wales as a Cricket Development Officer.
In his current role as Club Development Partner, James works closely with clubs to create resilient, sustainable, and welcoming environments. He provides education and guidance on governance, club management, and business planning, helping clubs develop long-term strategies that drive growth. He also supports clubs in improving facilities, accessing funding, and becoming investment-ready, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Outside of work, James enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and tucking into a scone, jam first!
