Dr Tim Masters

A scientist by background, Tim spent 20 years with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, holding senior roles across strategic planning, customer service, and operations. He later joined the England and Wales Cricket Board as Regional Head of Participation for Wales and South West England, combining his leadership experience with his lifelong passion for the game.

Away from cricket, Tim is a keen rugby supporter and former junior coach, as well as a recent running enthusiast who has completed several half marathons.

With a deep understanding of the challenges clubs face, Tim is committed to using his business expertise and cricket insight to help the game in Wales grow, thrive, and stay inclusive for generations to come.
