Lucy King

She provides education and guidance on governance, club management, and business planning, helping clubs develop long-term strategies that drive growth and impact. She also supports clubs in improving facilities, accessing funding, and becoming investment-ready, while ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.

Before this role, Lucy was part of the Participation Team, where she utilised her teaching and coaching experience to deliver engaging Primary School sessions which supported clubs to grow their junior sections. Working with clubs has given her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities they face and how they need to be supported both on and off the field.

Lucy is also an ECB Advanced Coach, actively involved in both the Cricket Wales and Glamorgan pathways as well as playing and coaching at Cardiff CC. Outside of cricket, she enjoys keeping active and travelling around Europe!
