Outside of work Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and beloved French bulldog Winnie first and foremost. She likes to stay active through fitness classes and enjoys travel, music, reading popular fiction and watching TV dramas.
Also a keen spectator of Sport, she particularly enjoys watching Wales rugby and Cardiff Devils Ice hockey but is very excited to be bowled over by the world of cricket.
