Louis Gray joins Criced Cymru as People and Culture Lead

Criced Cymru is pleased to welcome Louis Gray as its new People and Culture Lead, a role focused on supporting clubs, volunteers and the continued development of equity, diversity and inclusion across the game.

Louis brings valuable experience and a strong commitment to creating positive, inclusive environments where people feel supported and able to contribute. His appointment will help strengthen the organisation’s work with the cricket community across Wales.

As People and Culture Lead, Louis will play a central role in embedding Together, Lead, Care into everyday experiences across Criced Cymru, helping to ensure that these values are reflected in the way the organisation works with staff, clubs, volunteers and partners.
