Victoria Jones

She first joined Cricket Wales in January 2023 as the organisation’s first ever Facilities Investment Manager. Before that, Victoria spent much of her career in sports development, with a strong focus on growing gymnastics across Wales. During her time at Welsh Gymnastics, she led on business and facility development, playing a key role in transforming the gymnastics landscape.

Passionate about making sport accessible to everyone, Victoria has represented Team GB as a coach at both the World Summer Special Olympic Games and the European Games, supporting athletes with learning disabilities.

Originally from Pembrokeshire, Victoria grew up playing junior cricket and later joined Burton Ladies in the Pembrokeshire Women’s League. She’s also a qualified cricket coach and has supported junior player development within her local club.

Away from work, Victoria is a proud mum and previously spent four years living in France, an experience that deepened her love of community, culture, and good wine.
